Our turkeys are reared and processed on farm to make life as stress free as possible.
They are a slow growing breed, enabling them to grow naturally over a 20-22 week period producing firm succulent breast meat.
Their cereal based diet consists of grains grown locally with no artificial steroids or additives, which is available 24 hours a day along with fresh clean drinking water.
The turkeys are processed on site to eradicate any stress caused by transport. They are hung and matured for a minimum of 5 days to develop that fuller flavour and texture. Hand processing ensures each bird is individually cared for to meet our high standards.
